Almost like a hotel. Rooms friendly and clean. Refrigerator, coffee and tea available in the hall. Very good location, city centre within walking distance. Kevan the host is very nice, but has clear rules which he expresses directly. Breakfast very good, but no choice; so it must suit your own taste. Portion size sometimes a little too small, sometimes very large. Parking spaces available!
All a little bit noisy.
